Welcome to Digimartplatform INC (“Digimart“, “we“, “us“, or “our“). 

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform“). 

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use the Platform, you must:

To post listings, submit reviews, or rent items, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary.

• Be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Permitted Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform to:

• Buy, sell, or rent electronics and household furniture.

• Browse listings, contact other users, and leave reviews.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or misleading.

• Violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others.

• Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform.

• Interfere with or compromise the security or functionality of the Platform.

4. Listings and Transactions

• All listings are subject to manual review and approval by Digimart moderators.

• Digimart does not verify the accuracy, quality, legality, or ownership of listed items.

• Digimart is not a party to any transactions conducted between users and assumes no responsibility for such interactions.

5. Fees

Currently, Digimart does not charge any fees for listings or platform usage.
We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future, with prior notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, images, logos, designs, and software—is the property of Digimart or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform in any way.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Digimart makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

• The accuracy or reliability of any content

• The quality, condition, legality, or safety of listed items

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digimart disclaims all liability for:

• Transactions between users

• Any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform
