Posting Policies

To maintain a safe and respectful community, Digimartplatform requires all users to follow the rules below when posting ads. Violations may lead to ad removal or account restrictions.

The following activities are prohibited on Digimartplatform:

• Posting any item outside of Canada.

• Posting any item that is illegal to own, buy, or sell in your area of residence.

• Posting any item outside the approved categories.

• Posting any item that is on our Prohibited Items and Services List.

• Posting duplicate ads in the same or multiple categories.

• Creating multiple accounts or using different email addresses to post the same or similar ads.

• Posting ads solely to promote a website or drive traffic elsewhere.

• Including misleading information or placing your ad in the wrong category.

• Posting ads in languages other than English or French.

• Including adult, mature, erotic, or discriminatory content in any form.

• Posting defamatory or hateful content, including hate speech.

• Posting opinions, discussions, or unrelated notices instead of product listings.

• Misrepresenting yourself as a private seller if you are a business or dealer.

• Posting to exploit natural disasters, public safety events, or tragedies for personal gain.

• Posting keyword-stuffed titles or descriptions unrelated to the actual item.

Important Notes:

Only electronics and household furniture are allowed on Digimartplatform. Listings for other item types are not permitted.

Users must be at least 16 years old to post ads independently. Listings for users under 16 must be posted by a parent or legal guardian.

We may remove any ad that violates these policies or that we believe disrupts the safety, integrity, or intended purpose of the platform.

It is your responsibility to ensure your listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Canada.
